The girls were treated to a beautiful, 'though cold, day at Pollok for the return match against Renfrewshire. Of the three matches on the course, Ayrshire won two and lost one. In the top game, a singles, Claire McLaughlin was 3 down but turned it around to win by 2 holes. The remaining games were greensomes where Katy Hill and Freya Russell found it tough giving 22 strokes to their opponents who played lovely golf, while Luisa Gibson and Cristina McCracken played steadily to win their game. All the girls enjoyed the opportunity of playing a lovely golf course and appreciated the warm welcome from Renfrewshire and Pollok 😊
